General

All prices are in SGD unless otherwise stated. Once order is confirmed, neither order cancellation or refund is allowed. Orders will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of payment.

Payment

We accept payment with credit cards, money order, concealed cash ( registered mail) and bank transfer ( Ikobo and Moneybookers). Due to security reasons, we only disclose our banking details in the order confirmation email sent to you.

For payment with credit cards enabled by Paypal, the payment will be made in SGD.

For all other payment modes, please made payment in SGD to the provided bank account details and company address. Please email us (customerservice@yemart.com) to update on your payment mode and details such as money transfer date, account that money transferred into, your order ID etc, so that your payment can be tracked, and orders will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of payment. Yemart will not be responsible for any payment loss during transfer.

Deliveries

We deliver the items worldwide.

Local Singapore customer can choose to either self pick up or have items delivered to them by post.

For international orders, please choose your preferred rate of delivery. Air mail has delivery time about 2 weeks, whereas surface mail has deliverly time of about 1 month. The postage rate of air mail is about typically double the postage rate for surface mail. The postage for your order will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the items and your preferred mode of postage before checking out and confirming your order.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policies

Yemart reserves the right to substitute the items with another items of equal value should the items become unavailable, or performs refund if necessary.

We do not accept return and refund. Exchange should be made within 7 days, and applicable to local customers in Singapore only.
